Report APIs
Site News
CPAN Testers is currently running in a degraded state: It has lost its original server with the original application, and the replacement application is not feature-complete. The following things should at least currently be working:
- Viewing dists and authors on the CPAN Testers Matrix, which is an external application.
- Viewing individual reports linked from the CPAN Testers Matrix.
- Searching for authors and viewing author summaries on this site.
- The CPAN::Testers::WWW::Reports::Query::Reports module used by (e.g.) CPAN Testers Deps and CPAN Testers Analysis. Though, applications using this module should, when possible, migrate to using the new CPAN Testers API.
Anything else I can't guarantee is still working. The priorities for fixes are going to be:
- Anything currently generating an error in the HTTP logs. If you get an error, please let me know so I can prioritize fixing it (because there are so many robots generating so many errors).
- Notification e-mails (assuming these are broken). Notifications will continue with the current settings, and later we will add back the ability to change notification settings.
- Implement remaining mockups. There are likely pages in this application that do not connect to real data.
- Personalization. Here we add back the ability to customize notifications. This is the most complex part, as it requires an authentication system (I'm planning on using one-time codes sent to PAUSE-configured e-mail addresses)
